Return Policy


Office Supplies:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.  just call 800-516-7321 or click on the Return Authorization Form and fill out the required information to arrange a free pick up. Item must be returned in the original packaging.  Non Returnable Items are denoted with the following symbol.

Food Products:

Due to the nature of food products, we are not able to accept returns on these items. Dated goods are non-returnable.


Return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund at any time. We will gladly exchange opened software for the same title and version.


Because technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes: computers, monitors, notebooks/laptops, copiers, all–in–one machines, digital cameras, modems, printers, computer peripherals, handheld computers, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, and networking products.


Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code, may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it’s only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.


Report shortages on orders within 5 business days.

Product defects and warranties are handled by the original manufacturer, you must contact them directly.
